Othello, WA
(119.167222, 46.823611)
It is located in Eastern Washington, in the Columbia Basin.
The Othello Sand Crane Festival is a genuine community celebration, launched in 1998 by the Greater Othello Chamber of Commerce and the Columbia National Wildlife Refuge. From its inception, the City of Othello has provided financial backing through tourism development funds, (hotel/motel taxes), while Othello Community Schools have offered logistical support, funded by Festival registration fees. Additional financial assistance and administrative staffing are supplied by the Grant County Conservation.
We sincerely appreciate our local partners; their generous support is essential for the Festival's success.
